Products description

This is a magnificent fossil of a seed fern of the genus Pecopteris from the classic locality of Mazon Creek. This fossil is likely to be classified to the species Pecopteris vestita. The fern frond itself is about 117 mm long and beautifully preserved right up to the tip.
