In this Burmese amber are two inclusions from the cretaceous  age of Myanmar.
On the one hand, the piece shows a fossil ant of the Gerontoformica genus together with a small beetle. The fossil ant could be the species Gerontoformica

Here is a rare Cambrian Trilobite from Nevada that belongs likely to a new Alokistocarid species. It resembles strongly Piochaspis sellata that also occurs in the Chisholm Shale.

This a a quite rare fossil Brachipod from the Chengjiang Lagerstaette.
The fossil belongs to the species Heliomedusa orienta. It measures about 6 mm in diameter.

This Portuguese Trilobite plate shows a complete Eoharpes macaoensis  together with a patial trilobite of the genus Selenopeltis. The Harpes is enrolled and about 32 mm long. The Selenopeltis is just a incomplete example piece but mesures about 72 mm.

Here is a fossilized pine beetle (Or fire bug) from the Green River Formation of Colorado which is probably to be found in the species Melanophila cockerellae.
The genus belongs to the Family Buprestidae that are  commonly  known as jewel beetles.

Here is a fossil insect of the genus Plecia from the Green River Formation of the Majestic state of Colorado. This specimen likely belongs to the species  Plecia simlilkameena.
