Here is a fossil fruit or nut from the Fur Formation. In fact, representatives of the walnut family (Juglandaceae) with the species Rhysocaryoxylon madsenii Sakala & Gryc, 2011 are clearly known from the For Formation. However, a reliable identification of this example is challenging.
